Al Ain Hospital
Al Ain Hospital is a general hospital delivering health services to all Al-Ain patients located at Al Jimi, Al Ain.
The project consists of a two-storey hospital building which involves parking facilities, a logistics centre, and a 60MW primary substation
.
The hospital will have 719 beds, including 484 beds for general medicine, surgery section, children’s ward, and maternity; 67 for ICU; 142 for medical rehabilitation; 26 for VIP patients and royal suites.
Out of the 713 beds, 150 beds will be dedicated to rehabilitation. The hospital will also include 104 advanced specialized clinics, 17 radiology rooms for X-ray, computerized tomography (CT) scans, and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) services, as well as 22 specialized rooms for endoscopy diagnosis and procedures.

BIMTEC was appointed By ARABTEC SANJOSE JV to Coordinate and enhance MEP Systems whilst delivering a coordinated LOD 350/400 models for all Hospital buildings and a delivery of 8,000 Shop Drawings over the duration of 8 months. The process has been delivered through the generation of 3D BIM Models for optimal coordination processes and quantity takeoffs.
