The complex includes a three-level basement comprising parking spaces for 670 cars, and service rooms with three-floor podiums comprising entrances, a commercial centre, and a health club.
The hotel tower above the podium offers guest rooms, apartments, royal suites, studios, and service rooms.

The hotel’s roof accommodates a swimming pool and a restaurant overlooking the Arab Gulf.

The office tower consists of open space for business facilities and service rooms. The emblematic façade draws its inspiration from the Arabic Gutra.
