The Lusail Yacht Club occupies a prominent position in Lusail Marina (north of Doha), on its central axis over the water. Together with the landscape design, it provides a strong identity to the Marina with its unique, organic shape.

Its architecture and complexity makes it a valuable case for the application of BIM.

This complexity is particularly noticeable in the sculpted curved roof shell which, along with the external glass facade, allows for balancing the effect of sun and shadow exposure within the interior of the building.

The building will be used exclusively for commercial uses and include retail spaces, club members foyer and facilities, offices dedicated to administration, café and shisha bar, panoramic lift and sculptured stair that leads to the top-end restaurant on the first floor.
